Step 1: Discovery & Planning

Every successful project starts with honest conversation. In the Discovery phase, we’ll sit down with you (either in-person or virtually) to discuss your goals: what you love about your current space, what’s missing, how you live, and how you want to live — the foundation of every luxury home construction project. We’ll also review your budget, timeline, and any unique site conditions or challenges.
From there, our in-house design team takes measurements, photographs your space, and compiles a preliminary brief — making sure nothing is overlooked before we begin.
Step 2: Design & Selections

With a clear brief in hand, our in-house designer will create initial concept drawings and material options that align with your vision and budget. Together we’ll refine layout, finishes, fixtures and features until the plan feels right — your vision, yet backed by our experience.
Once approved, we’ll generate a detailed scope, schedule and estimate. You’ll have a clear picture of costs and timelines before groundbreaking.
Step 3: Pre-Construction & Permitting
Prep for the Build
With design locked in and permits lined up, our project team kicks into pre-construction mode. We organize subcontractors, order materials, schedule trades, and set the construction timeline.
We handle all the permitting, inspections and coordination — so you don’t have to worry about scattered communication or surprises.
Step 4: Construction Begins
Ready, Set, Build
Once everything is approved and scheduled, our team begins work on-site with a strong emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and respect for your home. You’ll receive daily logs and photos through Buildertrend so you always know exactly where things stand.
Throughout the build, we protect adjacent spaces, minimize dust, and maintain a consistently clean work environment — ensuring a smooth, transparent, and well-managed luxury home construction experience from start to finish.
Step 5: Walk-Through & Delivery
Your Home, Built to Last
Before we hand you the keys, we perform a thorough walkthrough together. We’ll review every detail side-by-side, document any final touch-ups, and make sure you’re fully satisfied.
